How does one know when it’s time to seek help for depression?
When it affects your quality of life.
If you stop caring about personal hygiene, going to work or school, calling your family or just getting out of bed.
Then it is time to get help.
Tell a nurse, officer or friend or send a request form to Mental Health today.
