Naveed Had THE PROCESS OF REDEMPTION Hi! My name is Naveed Had. I committed a shooting in Seattle in 2006 due to a mental health breakdown. My release date is to be determined. Because of this shooting there is a lot of misinformation about me. So, let me tell you a little about who I am today and how I’m making amends.
Mental Health Recovery: I have spent the last 12 years recovering from my mental health condition. I completed 11 mental health classes and reduced my medications by over 60%. I also had to overcome substantial social isolationism and loneliness.
Religious Recovery: As a Muslim-American, worked to overcome racism and problems with cultural assimilation. I have lived in the U.S. my whole life, but I am proud of my heritage.
Social Recovery: I had to overcome family struggles as they did not understand my mental health recovery and cultural assimilations.
Education and Current Interests: Before I was arrested, I achieved a couple of technical degrees. Since incarceration I have achieved more education. Other notable achievements are Competent Communicator and Competent Leader in toastmaster. I am currently working on a writing career.
What I am looking for?
I prefer meeting people who are interesting in education. I can be reached at www.jpay.com or by postal mail.
